Shipping Policy

  1. We provide shipping within USA only.
  2. We deliver via reliable and reputed carriers like UPS, USPS, etc.
  3. Shipping Fees will be calculated at checkout for each order. 
  4. The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned in the product details page.
  5. The products available are usually delivered within 4 to 6 business days. The products purchased on Pre order are usually fulfilled and delivered within 3-5 weeks.
  6. The delivery time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  7. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If there are any changes, please let us know by writing at myhandloompoint@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  8. We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  9. For orders where both Pre order and Available products are clubbed, please note the combined shipping will happen once Pre order product(s) are available.
  10. As our commitment towards a Sustainable living, we promote use of cloth bags and minimal usage of plastic in our packaging unless absolutely required.

Incomplete Deliveries

handloompoint.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:

  • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
  • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
  • Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier

We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
